Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

When it comes to fashion and fatshion I don't believe they should be separate, but I do believe women of different sizes should be seen in the forefront of fashion more often. Though models like Chanel Iman and Sessilee lopez are gorgeous, when I see them I don't think of myself. When I see models like Tocarra Jones, or Crystal Renn I see myself because they somewhat represent women that are my size.

 

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

I believe fashion is about expressing yourself creatively through clothing,which is kind of cliche of me to say but it's so true. What you wear represents who you are and how your feeling at that moment. Its like giving people a sneak peek of who you are just off your style, which can be a good and bad thing. Never try to be something your not because it will be very obvious. With that said take risk and try new things just add your personal touch to make you more comfortable with the transition.

I would love for you to share three of your fave looks.

The first look is one of my most recent it's a very masculine look but i felt it was so sexy in a way. The over sized H&M button down shirt is so versatile and that day I decided to tuck it into a pair of jegging that i got from target. I truly believe jeggings are a girls best friend! My favorite pieces from this look is my Dolce Vita for target shoes and my Steve Madden bag. The fact that they are both studded was like the icing on the cake for me!

I call my second look "All Black Everything". Its one of my favorite because it was so comfy. The top is ruffled and lightly sheer, which I thought was perfect for wanting to be sexy without overdoing it. I must say the shoes are my favorite of this look. I got them from a local TJmaxx and fell in love, but I'll be honest I couldn't feel my feet by the end of the night.

Lastly but not least my third look is from the day i cut my hair back in may. I wanted to dress really girly because I was still getting use to my short hair. I got my top and dress from target which is one of my favorite shopping destinations. I was scared to wear the white blazer because I'm so accident pron but I'm glad i did because i believe it looked so nice with the floral dress. I loved how the band on the dress pulled my waist in. I felt so cute in this outfit.

How does blogging impact your life?

Blogging is like my diary online in a way. I love getting feed back from girls who have the same interest as me. It's amazing interacting with people all over the world. I once got a comment from a girl that spoke french and I had type in what she said in an online translator. Afterwords I was like wow someone who doesn't even speak my language can relate to me through fashion, I think that's really cool.

 

Do you have a message for all the fashionloving ladies out there, whatever their size?

My message to the fashion loving ladies is dare to be different, dare to be you!
