Feeling free in wild coral and leopard

Hi Sweethearts!

This is the first completed project from the fabrics I showed you yesterday. What say you?

I think this dress is absolutely bonkers, and absolutely fab, if I may be so bold.

I`ve been thinking about being bold and facing my fears today.

I have spent most of my life in a very fearful state for reasons I won`t go into here,

but I have fought long and hard to not belittle my self any more,

not accept crap from others, and not belittle others.

I now dare more often to not only see and lift others up, but to be seen my self.

That is a big deal. You know what I am talking about?

Wearing this dress certainly gets me seen I suppose, all though that isn`t my purpose in creating or wearing it,

it just struck me as very funny that I was in a wild coral and leopard number today, and I wasn`t too worried about how I looked or what others thought.

I guess I have arrived as it were, LOL!

(Thank God I am blessed with a strong sense of humour about everything in life, my fashions included LOL)

(and that`s not me trying to make fun of my self, just genuinly seeing the funny in me going from hiding in black shrouds to now being very visible shall we say).

Tell me dear readers, do you know that feeling of freedom that comes with saying

SOD IT! I`m being and expressing me MY way!  ?

I`m not always in this cheeky, boisterous mood of course, but I intend to enjoy every moment that I can in this life, including this state.

And even when it fades into the background it usually is just one (surprisingly masculine sounding) laugh away :)
