Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

I think fashion is universal, and shouldn't be divided, unfortunately it is. I really don't see the difference between fashion and fatshion, at the end of the day we all wear clothes regardless of size. I think that the phrase "fatshion" allows curvy women to feel accepted in the fashion world, but fashion is fashion so whether you're fat or skinny you can be fashionable. (that was a tough question lol!)

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

My philosophy on fashion is, be creative. I believe that fashion is a form of art that allows you to express yourself on a daily basis, so think outside the box and rock fashion with confidence.

I would love for you to share three of your fave looks.

My top 3 favourite looks are, girly casual (simple white vest top, a cardigan or cover up, jeggings, ballerina shoes, and accessories), tribal (maxi dress, gladiator sandals, and accessories), and military (simple vest top, statement jacket, skinny jeans, boots, and accessories), I really adore these looks, and you can really make these looks your own.

How does blogging impact your life?

Blogging has had a big impact on my life, my world kind of revolves around blogging now. It's a creative outlet for me, it allows me to share my thoughts and opinions freely. I love the blogging community and blogging has allowed me to connect with some amazing people, so it is a big factor for me. So hopefully I'll be blogging for quite a long time.

Do you have a message for all the fashionloving ladies out there, whatever their size?

Be yourself, and truly believe in what you do :D

Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

I love fashion and fatshion! I have no problems using both terms. Fatshion is just more of a selective term when describing plus-size fashion. It's definitely a term used by those who feel comfortable about using the word fat. I guess you can say it's an optional term for some. Personally, I don't care either way.

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

When I think of fashion, the first think I think of is personal style. This can be the styles or trends you choose to wear. I can't stand it when someone claims that someone is not fashionable, because they don't dress according to their "standards." Wrong! Fashionable is being comfortable and happy in what you wear.

I would love for you to share three of your fave looks.

Three of my current favorite looks, they are always changing, are bohemian chic, vivid colored flowy tops, and anything vintage/thrifted.

How does blogging impact your life?

Blogging is my life. Ask my hubby. If there is one thing I love to do, it is to share information with others, regardless of the format. I think it's the perfect creative outlet for me. No matter where I am or where I go, I am constantly being inspired by the world around me. My first thought is always..."I should write that down and blog about it later." I love blogging, no one can tell me what to blog about it and there is a sense of empowerment there.

Do you have a message for all the fashion loving ladies out there, whatever their size?

Yes!

Fashion is all about personal style and being comfortable in what you wear.

Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

-Such a hard question, what are my thoughts?I think... fatshion is something I only see as a term for a plus size blog, "Hi, I'm a bigger girl and I'm showing my interest for fashion on my blog." that sort of way, however I feel that fashion should be the same for everyone, there's no different between fashion and Fatshion. Big or small...you can share the same fashion style. :)

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

-It's a way to express yourself, art, creativity, and personality. There's no limit, dress YOU!

I would love for you to share three of your fave looks!

- Leggings and casual top, Cute/or edgy dress with killer heels, Playfull stockings with penskirt. etc etc. :) so hard to choose 3 faves.

How does blogging impact your life?

-It has literally opened a whole new world, a lovely community that I never knew existed, so happy I've gotten invited...cause it has inspired me to a 100% to be who I am and dress however I want.

Do you have a message for all the fashionloving ladies out there, whatever their size?

-Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! As long as you're comfortable everything will fly and you're confidence will shine even brighter!

Spreading the love: LuAnne of Weeshas World

One of my fave parts of blogging is connecting with and supporting all you lovely bloggers out there:D

As a result I have an ever growing blogroll, and have been wanting to feature other bloggers on a regular basis!

Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

Well, honestly I don’t quite like the word fatshion because I think it separates us from the overall fashion world even more. Fatshion is only for fat girls? so skinny girls can’t wear this or like it? what isn’t fatshionable? skin tight skirts? strapless dresses? It almost implies that we’re fashionable despite being fat which is ridiculous. Fat girls can wear anything a skinny girl wears and I don’t think we need another label. It shouldn’t be a big thing that we’re just as stylish as thin people- we’re all human you know? I'm thinking the word fashion should be sufficient for everyone of all sizes, no segregation.

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

I think fashion is self expression, creativity, identity and of course fun. It’s a lot about design, looking good and is totally subjective. There are no rules so just wear whatever makes you happy :)

I would love for you to share three of your fave looks!

Oh man, I have too many! I think I like looks that are casual chic (like denim shirts, sun dresses, graphic tshirts), edgy & sexy without over kill (ripped leggings, leopard prints, red lipstick) and romantic, pretty looks (florals, lace, polka dots, etc).

How does blogging impact your life?

It’s great to be part of a community of such supportive girls, I get very inspired to try new things and do more of my own thing instead of caring about what other people think. Blogging has also made me love myself better and has given me a sense of purpose. I’ve always been into dressing up but apart from the fun side, I get to show other girls that you don’t have to be a particular size to be fashionable or to feel good about yourself. Plus, it’s another creative outlet for me, so that’s awesome too.

Do you have a message for all the fashionloving ladies out there, whatever their size?

Just do your own thing. Be you, be different, do/ wear what makes feel happy. Screw everyone else’s opinion haha.
