All spotty with self acceptance

Yesterday I sewed this dress. You like? I have to say I felt really happy wearing it today.

It was like, let me sway my hips and work these spots. I am me, and I am not apologizing for who I am. LOL :D

The outfit:

Spotty dress, my design (I found the top in the mum-section, but nevermind, it was love at first sight, so I chopped it and added the green tulle fabric)

Neckless, bought somewhere in Dublin, forget where

Lately I am sewing a new dress every night, I have too many ideas and not enough time! LOL

This is about as rock`n roll as I get LOL

The outfit:

Green dress, my design (I made it from a skirt that I used to  wear as a scarf, the waistband are studded shoelaces that I made for a pair of sandals a couple of months ago)

White bolero with black details, my design (I made it from a shirt with long sleeves found at Noa Noa)

My lovely and weird mix of prints

As you know by now I like to experiment with my outfits, mixing prints, colours and textures,

and sometimes it get`s a little weird, but still lovely in my mind , like today I think.

I like the brown meets the green rosy fabric (that I picked up in my mums basement today, and

probably will make into a dress, unless you have other suggestions?), but the

bolero with the scarf might be a little out there. (?)

Anyways, it`s one of my lovely and weird mixes LOL :D

Brown dress (my design), taupe studded sandals (DNA), studded hairband (H&M),

statement neckless (that I elongated with some string) (Freequent), studded bag from N.Y

and various bangles.

Went to see my sweet mum today, and just before I left I took some snaps

of her lovely verandae, beautifully decorated (and even more so before we sat down for

lunch as she noted as I was snapping :D). My mum is originally a decorator, she is seriously creative

and so talented at beautifying her surroundings, like the little flags she put up for todays lunch 

(and also she`s very good at beautifying MY surroundings LOL, thanks mum <3!).
